Managing your Disney Dining Experience

Mobile ordering is now available at more than 50 locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort, allowing you to spend less time waiting in line for food during your visit.

Begin by selecting + and then choose Order Food. Pick an available restaurant, select your arrival time and make your selections. You can even customize certain menu items to your taste. After you’ve reviewed your details, pay for your order using a Disney Dining Card, Disney Gift Card, credit card, debit card or Apple Pay.

Once you’re at the restaurant during your designated arrival time, just select I’m Here, Prepare My Order, so the kitchen can begin making your order.

You’ll receive a notification from the app when your food is ready to retrieve at the counter with the Mobile Order Pick Up sign.

Pro Tips

• Be aware of your daily schedule when using Mobile Order. If performing, workshopping or participating in an event, schedule your food pick-up accordingly and allow plenty of time to arrive.
• Most Educational Destinations groups utilize the Disney Dining Card. When checking out, select Disney Gift Card as your payment method and enter the 16-digit number on back of your Disney Dining Card.
• MyDisneyExperience will not save your Disney Dining Card as a payment method for future orders. Consider keeping your 16-digit Disney Dining Card number in a note so you can easily copy-and-paste.
• Once a Disney Dining Card is exhausted, you will be required to pay for any additional Mobile Order costs directly in the app via another payment method. For this reason, all meal budgets have been consolidated onto a single Disney Dining Card. Please do not lose the card as it cannot be replaced.

Begin by selecting + and then choose Check Dining Availability. Provide your party size, date and desired timeframe to check availability. Select the reservation of your preference.

Review your reservation and provide contact information as well as the required credit card guarantee. You may also provide details regarding special dietary needs at this time.

After confirming, your reservation will now appear in the My Plans page. Some restaurants allow you to check-in remotely via the app.

• Dining Reservations are available 60 days in advance, on a rolling basis, beginning daily at 7:00am Eastern Time.
• Sometimes, for reasons outside of ED's control, we are unable to confirm the daily order of parks 60 days in advance. Most often these situations arise when Disney Imagination Campus is working through final performance, workshop or event details. Please reach out to us if you have questions.
• Be aware of your daily schedule when making Dining Reservations. If performing, workshopping or participating in an event, schedule your reservation accordingly and allow plenty of time to arrive.
• Not all locations accept the Disney Dining Card/Disney Gift Card. Confirm with your restaurant prior to arrival or make plans to pay directly.
• Most locations impose a $10 per person penalty for no-shows and cancellations received with less than 24-hour notice.
