Account Setup | Top

The parent/guardian can start by downloading the "Trip Account" app. This app is available from Apple's App Store and from the Google Play Store. Once the app has been downloaded and opened, the Welcome screen will ask you to select if you are a Payer or a Traveler. Select Payer and proceed to enter the necessary information.

No matter how many travelers you have, you only need one account.

If 2 or more individuals are paying for the traveler(s), they will each need their own account.


Viewing Your Travelers(s) | Top

Once you have registered online, from the app home screen select I am a payer, log in with the same username and password as you do your computer.

You can view the Payment Schedule, the Payment History, and there is an option to Make a Payment.


Making Payments | Top

Once you are logged in, open desired trip then Make a Payment. The next screen will allow you to enter desired amount for each one or multiple travelers and choose your preferred payment method. You can choose to pay by credit card or by eCheck. Fill out the required fields and select the Pay button, select yes in the pop up to confirm.

To make a payment for a traveler who is on multiple trips, you will have need to make 2 separate payments. From the main menu, user will have to select the back button to return to home, select desired trip, choose make payments.


Viewing Payment Schedules | Top

Once you have your account created and you have the traveler(s) registered, your trip screen will have an option for viewing Registered Traveler(s). Select Registered Traveler(s) and then select a specific traveler to view the payment schedule.

Payment schedules are for all travelers on a trip unless otherwise noted.

Yes, you will receve an email about about a week prior to due date, to the address you set up your account with unless you have already made payment ahead of schedule.


Recovering Account/Password | Top

You can only recover your password from the web application lost my password link, not the app.

Cancelling Traveler(s) | Top

Once in your trip, access registered travelers and you will see a cancel traveler button it will take you to your registered travelers, check the box beside the traveler you wish to cancel. Select cancel traveler button, you will then be taken to the cancellation policy and ask to confirm.

Eligability for a refund will depend on date of cancellation.


Emergency Notifications | Top

They will be displayed in a pop-up when the traveler opens their phone.

Contact your Tour Director, Chaperone, Teacher or Group Leader.


Universal Traveler Tools | Top

All travelers have access to group messaging and images, Chaperone group messaging, viewing the itinerary, viewing their room numbers, flight numbers, and bus numbers.

On the bottom choose Connect. This will take you to your messaging and photo options.

All travelers can share messages and photos with your entire group. Your Director will monitor and have the ability to delete content submitted to Group Messaging and photos at all times.


Chaperone Tools | Top

At the Teacher's discretion, a Teacher can grant access so Chaperones can utilize checklists for buses, flights, and rooms. Chaperones can also message their assigned travelers separate from the rest of the group. There is an option for a Leader Feed that allows Chaperones to communicate with the Director and Staff separately. There is also a built-in Traveler Locator feature that will show chaperones where travelers are and help them stay together.

To access this feature, select Conduct from the bottom menu. Search your features and find Traveler Locator and select View Travelers and you will be able to access the locations of travelers you are assigned.

Within this section, you can easily view travelers lists with pre-populated lists showing travelers that are assigned to you. On each list, you can swipe to check off travelers when taking attendance.

To access this feature, select Connect from the bottom menu. Search your features and find the Message Options. Within this section, you can check messages from the Tour Director and Staff.

To access this feature, select Conduct from the bottom menu. Search your features and find the Special Considerations. Within this section, you can easily view travelers with special considerations that can range from dietary need to physical needs.


Staff Tools | Top

At the Teacher's discretion, a Teacher can grant access to other Staff or group leaders so they can use checklists for buses, flights, and rooms. There is also an option for a Leader Feed that allows you to communicate with the Tour Director, Staff and Chaperones separately. There is also a built-in Traveler Locator feature that will show you where all travelers are.

Teacher ONLY Tools | Top

The Teacher Tools consist of instantaneous Emergency Messaging and Group Messaging. The Teacher can assign chaperones, manage traveler lists for buses, flights, and rooms. The Teacher can also grant access to Chaperones and Staff so they can use checklists for buses, flights, and rooms. There is also an option for a Leader Feed that allows you to communicate with all chaperones, and staff and tour director separately. You can also remove posts and images from group messaging in case there is something posted that is questionable/offensive.

To access this feature, select Connect from the bottom menu. Search your features and find the Message Options.

Within this section, you can easily view travelers lists with pre-populated lists showing travelers that are assigned to you. On each list, you can swipe to check off travelers when taking attendance.
