In storytelling, the concept of the hero’s journey is as old and treasured as our earliest myths and legends. It’s the basis of moviemaking.

Students learn the key components of character development with a focus on four hero archetypes and how to identify and portray the archetypes using framing techniques.

The Program Includes:

  • A pre-visit Teacher Toolkit to prepare students for a successful learning experience at Universal Orlando.
  • An on-site, classroom component that builds upon the pre-visit lessons and activities.
  • Small group, hands-on photography activity.
