Heather Davis
Workplace Culture Consultant
Heather brings oodles of enthusiasm and wit to her role as ED/MTC's Workplace Culture Consultant. She comes to ED from a diverse background in leadership and professional development in the private, non-profit and government sectors. Her love of music performance runs deep - as well it should after spending all 4 years of high school at Warren Central cycling through pep band, marching band, indoor drumline, orchestra, and concert band.
After graduation she joined the U.S. Air Force and served for 9 years as an Arabic and French linguist in addition to various leadership roles. Upon returning to Indy, Heather worked as an executive for Target and program coordinator for United Way before obtaining her Master’s in Art Therapy and becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Since then she has served as a private practice art therapist, college professor, manager and therapist at a community mental health agency. This unique background allows her to support ED/MTC on all things related to staff work/life balance, culture, training and development, ensuring their ability to provide the best student travel experience!
